SKY65045-70LF is a RF Amplifier which provides a power gain of up to 70dB and a linear output power of up to 30dBm across a wide frequency range. The SKY65045-70LF is designed for use in cellular basestation, communications communications/infrastructure, ISM, WiMAX, WiFI and military/aerospace applications.

SKY65045-70LF devices are designed to offer power gains of up to 70dB, low distortion and a wide frequency range from 17MHz to 6GHz. By disabling the mute circuit, the frequency response range could be expanded to more than 10GHz. These exceptional power performance is delivered with low power dissipation, giving excellent thermal efficiency. To ensure the optimal performance of the amplifier, the power supply should not be allowed to exceed +25V and the input/output impedances are expected to be 50Ohms.

The SKY65045-70LF amplifiers offer excellent linearity and is capable of producing a high linear output power of up to 30dBm while still maintaining a high power efficiency of up to 30%, delivering a much larger dynamic range.
