SKY67130-396LF RF/IF and RFID

An RF amplifier (radio frequency amplifier) is one of the most widely used electronic components in RF communication and measurement systems. Working Principle

The SKY67130-396LF is an integrated circuit consisting of four amplifier stages. The first amplifier stage is a single-ended differential amplifier, its structure consists of a metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and a pair of bipolar transistor. This stage is used to provide initial stage gain, and is also used to provide additional high frequency power gain. The second amplifier stage is a differential amplifier which utilizes both MOSFET transistors and bipolar transistors for low power and high power gain. There is also a third stage which is a differential amplifier for low noise power gain. In the fourth amplifier stage, a pair of single ended amplifiers are connected in common source mode to provide high power gain. The integrated circuit composes of several passive circuit elements such as inductors, capacitors, and resistors, as well as active elements such as amplifiers and transistors.

SKY67130-396LF has a very low power consumption, which can enable high power efficiency and low tones. It is also highly resistant to interference from other signals, and its standing-wave ratio is very low. In addition, its low noise figure provides excellent performance even under very low signal strength. Last but not least, its low DC power consumption makes it suitable for battery powered devices.
