The VCXO coupled with the 24-bit frequency control word and a range of programmable parameters (such as spread amount, frequency ratio) can adjust the frequency of the resulting output clock, and the loop bandwidth results in a fast lock time. The low output jitter of SL28PCIE30ALC guaranteed by its low-noise jitter filter. The PLL Spread feature helps reduce the early settling time in single output PLL designs and enable the designer to set a spreading amount or frequency range when operating in a multi-reference PLL mode.
