The SLSTK3400A is a powerful and multifunctional evaluation board that is incorporated in a wide range of different application fields. It also supports a wide variety of Cortex-M CPUs, including the STM32F407G-DISCO, STM32L432KCU, STM32F429ZI-Discovery, and the STM32F429ZG-DISCO.The independent core module design of the SLSTK3400A evaluation board provides users with the ability to quickly build and modify their prototypes, making it a great platform for prototyping and rapid development.The SLSTK3400A utilizes an AT91SAM9G45 processor, which is based on a 32-bit RISC architecture. This CPU is capable of running at speeds of up to 180 MHz and comes with 64K of built-in programmable SRAM.The on-board Cortex-M4F core of the SLSTK3400A is also able to run at speeds of up to 120MHz and has 64K of SRAM as well as the ability to interface with external SPI, I2C, and digital IO. This core is ideal for development of embedded systems, motor control applications, real-time OS, and so on.In addition to the Cortex-M4F core, the on-board AT91SAM9G45 processor also contains a Cortex-M0 core that can run at speeds of up to 80MHz and has 32K of SRAM. This core is ideal for smaller low-power applications that do not require the power of the Cortex-M4F core.The SLSTK3400A board also comes with a number of interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB, CAN, ADC, FPGA, and SPI. The Ethernet port, for example, allows the evaluation board to be connected to a local network or the Internet. The USB port, on the other hand, enables users to connect the evaluation board to external peripherals, such as thumb drives, keyboard, and mouse.The evaluation board also features a range of power management resources, including voltage regulators and buck-boost converters.
