The SMBG5367C/TR13 is a single Zener diode with an integrated resettable fuse manufactured by Multicomp. It is an axial-leaded component for through-hole mounting, housed in a 0.45" diameter ceramic tube. It operates from a wide operating voltage range from 4.7 to 75 V and is used for the protection of electronic components and systems from abnormally high current.
