Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are special breakdown threshold components that protect circuits from high-energy transients created either by electrostatic discharge (ESD) or electrical fast transients (EFT) events. TVS diodes are capable of operating at high speeds and providing a wide range of current/voltage capabilities. Working Principle
