SMM4F13A-TR is a kind of unidirectional TVS diode, or Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode, which is widely used today as a better and faster protection device. Its small-size, low-leakage (ca. 10 µA with a 5.5V reverse voltage) and excellent surge capability make it suitable for many industrial applications.A typical working principle of SMM4F13A-TR requires a source voltage across the device terminations.
