SN75189ADE4 is a low-power and high-speed AC-coupled transceiver integrated circuit. It is mostly used in digital electronic devices with bi-directional data transceiver, such as digital cameras, rail transponders, mobile phones, and hard disks. This IC also has two separate power supply pins, one for the logic component, and the other for the analog component. The logic power supply can be as low as 3V, while the analog power supply can be as low as 4.5V.The SN75189ADE4 transceiver is particularly suitable for data transmission and reception over long distances and with high speed, since the slew rate of the transmit and receive paths are extremely fast, with switch times of 10ns and 8V/us. Working principle of SN75189ADE4
