The SN75LPE185DWE4 is a quad bus transceiver and receiver device manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a Logic-Level Silicon Gate Output and comes with integrated ESD protection. This protection feature is enabled by utilizing an internal transistor which is connected from the VDD line to the ground rails and can protect the device from static electricity stored up to 2 KV. The SN75LPE185DWE4 is designed to provide increased data transfer rate with minimal power consumption. The device uses only a single 3.3 V supply and typically consumes under 11 mW per device.
