Introduction

The SS115LHRFG is a single-phase, full wave, bridge rectifier (or rectifier bridge), intended primarily for use in AC to DC power supply circuits. It is a portmanteau of the transistor Schottky, diode, and rectifier family names. This rectifying bridge is engineered for low power switch-mode power supplies, EMI filters, and high frequency semiconductor applications. It is designed to be placed close to the switch-mode power supply’s power transformer to provide high a cutoff frequency.
