The ST30150C is a high current rectifier bridge array made with Schottky barrier diodes. This type of Schottky diodes is primarily used for applications which require high current rectification, low forward voltage drop and fast switching capabilities. The ST30150C is designed for use in applications such as battery charging, uninterruptible power supplies, power controllers and motor drives.

The ST30150C comprises four Schottky barriers which are connected in a single diode bridge configuration. This provides a low forward drop, allowing the device to draw large amounts of charge from the power source. The maximum continuous rectified current through the bridge is 15A, at a voltage of 50V, making this product suitable for power supplies not exceeding 50V. The device can also be operated up to a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
