TC1410EOA713 Application Field & Working Principle

TC1410EOA713 is a low-voltage, low-power, highly programmable current-controlled gate driver capable of driving a wide range of loads including low impedance FETs, motors and lamps. Its design is highly optimized for automotive applications, making it an ideal choice for ESP, ABC, traction control and DC-DC converter control for powertrain and safety systems. This gate driver also provides advantages for standard phase-shifting applications.

The TC1410EOA713 gate driver is designed to reduce power dissipation and minimize the gate charge on the device.
