When the input voltage of the power control assembly is stable, the voltage regulating assembly sends the voltage regulation signal to the current control assembly. The current control assembly will control the current to the output of the relay. When C1 and C2 pins are connected, the output of the Y1 and Y2 pins will work after the preset timing.
