TDR4B22 Working Principle

TDR4B22 works based on a timer. It has a control input from a switch which is used to start the timing cycle. It has two output contacts which control the on/off state of the load. When the switch is activated, the relay is energized and the internal time delay starts. The length of the time delay depends on the model and settings. After the predetermined time delay has elapsed, the relay de-energizes the load. The output contacts then function as a latching relay holding the load in the off state until the switch is activated again to reset the time delay.
