TDZTR 5.1 is a type of semiconductor diodes which is broadly classified under the single Zener type. It is a general purpose silicon planar power Zener diode designed to operate in the wattage range from 1W up to 8W with a maximum of 5% regulation at 0.4 < IZT < 20mA. These first generation diodes are ideal for environmental and electro-mechanical protection and thermal management.
