TL594INSR Application Field and Working Principle

The TL594INSR is a DC-DC switching regulator controller from the Power Management and Interface IC (PMIC) family. It can be used for multiple applications such as step-up and step-down voltage converters, battery chargers, motion control, and isolated regulators. This highly integrated device features a programmable oscillator with up to 4MHz switching frequencies, pulse-by-pulse current limit, and hiccup mode overcurrent protection.
