Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output, otherwise known as TLP185(BLL-TR,SE, are isolation devices that opticaly transfer electrical signals between two parts of a circuit. With one section isolated from the other, electrical isolation can be provided to reduce the likelihood of interference in the signal transmission.
