The selected bank of programmable resistor ladders compensate for temperature and other nonlinear effects, resulting in an effective resolution of 8 bits (256 counts) even over an extended temperature range of –40 to +125 °C. The multiplexer can also be programmed for various input configurations.The TLV2354IPW’s comparison timer is designed to eliminate false transitions during the comparison process. The low slew rate of each comparison input ensures that the device is relatively immune to noise in case of a sudden change in the input voltage.
