The TLV6700DDCT is a low voltage differential comparator designed to provide a space and cost efficient solution to low voltage differential applications. It is designed to be used as a comparison device in a wide variety of applications, such as automotive, industrial, and consumer applications, where precision and accuracy are highly desired.The TLV6700DDCT offers accurate and low noise performance with the low-voltage and high-speed response time. It provides a ±200mV input common-mode voltage range and 10,000V/µs slew rate, which makes it suitable for both low-speed and high-speed applications. The output has hysteresis for stable operation, even in the presence of high voltage transients or fluctuations. TheTLV6700DDCT is also highly immune to power supply noise and other kinds of input noise. The driver circuit contains a 60mΩ/channel current source and is capable of driving a large capacitive load, making it ideal for driving relays, solenoids, high power lamps, and other load types.The TLV6700DDCT is designed to operate in the presence of two complementary input signals. These signals can be either single-ended or differential signals. The two inputs are converted into corresponding peak-to-peak voltages. The two peak-to-peak signals can either be compared directly, or through the internal voltage reference. The output of the comparator is generated when the input signals exceed the voltage level of the internal voltage reference.The internal voltage reference can be adjusted, making it possible to configure the TLV6700DDCT to accommodate different voltage levels. The device operates from a single 3 V to 12 V power source and features a current consumption of only 2 mA. The TLV6700DDCT is capable of operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.TLV6700DDCT is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as motor control, power control, automotive systems, heating and cooling appliances, and microprocessor-based devices.
