The TMA140-LQI-09T is a dual output ultra-low quiescent current, high efficiency linear regulator designed for embedded applications and microcontrollers. With an adjustable output voltage from 1.8 to 5.5V, it provides excellent dynamic load regulation of 0.8mV for an output current of 1A. It is capable of powering a wide range of consumer and industrial devices, including smartphones, tablet PCs, televisions, gaming consoles, set-top boxes, home appliances and industrial systems.The TMA140-LQI-09T utilizes a long-tail mosfet and a switching control IC to provide extremely efficient energy conversion, with efficiency ratings as high as 96%. The device also features a wide input voltage range (6V to 20V) and low quiescent current of only 1μA. It also has thermal shutoff protection which protects the circuit from thermal overload.The TMA140-LQI-09T is specially designed for embedded applications and microcontrollers.
