The TMP01FJ is a digital thermal sensor that belongs to the temperature sensor-thermostat-solid state category. It is a semiconductor thermistor device that detects temperature in the range of 35 to 85 degrees Celsius and converts it into a digital output. It uses a voltage output, with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree Celsius, to measure temperature.
