PMIC - Gate Drivers

The TPIC44H01DA is a monolithic and highly integrated power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed to providing high-speed design, low RDS(on) FETs control, and reliable gate drive for high-efficiency, high current and high frequency applications. It is designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of gate drive, by providing the optimal drive current and voltage level for high-frequency switching applications. This device can drive mosfets directly with low power losses through the switch, and thus it is an essential part of the power management subsystem in end equipment applications such as servers, consumer electronics and automotive.

Application Fields

The TPIC44H01DA is a high-efficiency and low-RDS(on) device specifically designed to help meet the efficiency requirements of audio amplifiers, high power ratings, high frequency requirements and other amplifier applications. The device has four independent low side gates to control four high side MOSFETs, with each MOSFET having its own dedicated control input. Working Principle
