The TPS2065DGNR has two operating modes: active mode and standby mode. The standby mode is enabled when the supply voltage falls below the adjustable threshold. In this mode, the TPS2065DGNR consumes just 0.6µA so that it minimizes the power consumption in portable devices.

The TPS2065DGNR can support input voltage from 3V to 28V and has a current limit of 4.5A. It has a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The device supports power-on reset and provides an adjustable wake-up delay. This allows the designer to adjust the wake-up time to match the application’s needs. It also has configurable voltage-slope detection and a pulse-skipping current limit.
