TPS2330ID is a high-side power switch for automotive and industrial applications, embedded within a Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMIC) package. The PMIC package is designed with an integrated Hot Swap Controller (HSC) configuration that enables system designers to control power while continuously monitoring and managing the system. This product has been designed with an embedded power control and is ideal for automotive and industrial applications in need of low power-on time and high efficiency at low loads.

The TPS2330ID works by connecting the drain of the MOSFET to the supply pin, then controlling its gate such that when the logic input is switched high, the MOSFET is turned "on" and allows current to pass through the device.
