The TPS3801K33DCKR includes a slew-rate-controlled voltage reference, comparator, output and reset circuitry in a 2.8 mm × 2.8 mm package. The device is available in a push-pull, open-drain or user-selectable active-high or active-low output configuration. It offers a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.0 V to 12.0 V and also offers a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The built-in hysteresis prevents false triggering and also reduces the current consumption during operation.The device provides two voltage-sensing inputs, VIN1 and VIN2, to monitor, switch and reset up to three power sources.
