The TPS3813K33QDBVRQ1 is a fully-integrated power management IC (PMIC) supervisor with ultra-small packages. It is a member of a family of ultra-small, low-power supervisors, which has become increasingly popular in small form factor applications such as portable media players, tablet applications, industrial applications and wearable devices.

The TPS3813K33QDBVRQ1 has an operating voltage range between 1.3V and 1.8V. It has two power rail supervisors, which are designed for monitoring two-level power-on for safe system startup and graceful shutdown.
