TPS7148QP is a Positive Fixed Output Low Power Low Dropout Voltage Regulator by Texas Instruments. It is a positive voltage regulator with a wide operating current range of 550µA . It is mainly used to supply low current digital ICs, devices used in wireless communications, and battery powered applications. This Low Dropout regulator can dissipate power up to 250mW in surface mount applications.
