TPS7301QPW is a three-terminal type of low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator developed by Texas Instruments. It has the industry\'s best low power and ultra-low quiescent current characteristics, making it suitable for a variety of applications. This regulator is available in two SOT-89 packages and offers a wide operating temperature range of -40 ° C to +85 ° C. The device features a low quiescent current of only 8μA typical at low output current, on-chip thermal shutdown circuit, and POR (Power-On-Reset) circuit.The TPS7301QPW is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator that operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V and provides a low-dropout voltage of typical 0.44V. It has a maximum regulated output voltage of 4.5V. The operating environment temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and the maximum junction temperature is +125°C. It has a typical quiescent current of 8μA with no load. The LDO has a built-in over-temperature protection circuit which is activated at +125°C junction temperature and shuts down the output.The TPS7301QPW voltage regulator module has an extremely low quiescent current of 8μA at 25°C, making it an ideal choice for battery-powered applications where energy efficiency is paramount.
