TPS73213DBVR is a low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO) with a maximum output current of 300mA, a voltage range from 0.8V to 3.3V, and a power supply resolution of 0.2% over the entire operating temperature range for improved thermal accuracy. It is an output voltage-discrete, low-dropout linear voltage regulator, ideal for a wide range of consumer applications, including smartphone and tablet system power, data-acquisition systems, automotive infotainment systems, portable flashlight, wearable and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.The TPS73213DBVR features a high-precision reference voltage of 1.242 V and a minimum dropout voltage of 280 mV at 0.75 A. It offers improved load and line regulation with a maximum output current of 300 mA. The device features a fast transient response of 60 us (VOUT 90%), and an internal current limit with adjustable foldback current. It also features an internal overvoltage protection feature, providing enhanced safety and performance from potentially incorrect transient input voltages within the specified range.The TPS73213DBVR has an input voltage range from 3 V to 6 V and an output voltage range from 0.8 V to 3.3 V. Its output voltage is adjustable with an external feedback resistor, allowing for greater current carrying capacity than more conventional, fixed-output voltage regulators. It has a power-on reset circuit which allows the device to be configured via a single pin without the need for additional circuitry or components. In addition, the device includes an Enable control pin which enables/disables the device, making the TPS73213DBVR a complete and integrated voltage regulation solution.The device’s operating temperature range is from -40ºC to +125ºC, suitable for both commercial and industrial applications.
