TPS73501DRBT, a linear regulator, is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator provides ultra-low quiescent current for battery-powered applications. This regulator features an ultralow quiescent current of 1uA in most application conditions. It also features a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 0.5A.The TPS73501DRBT has wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 10V, and an output voltage range from 0.8V to 10V. The working principle of TPS73501DRBT is based on a Bipolar PNP-based feedback control architecture.
