The high precise reference voltage is 5.1V, and it feeds the non-inverting input of the amplifier. The inverting input of the amplifier is connected with the output feedback resistors divider. The output is monitored and compared to the internal reference. When the output voltage drops below the reference voltage, the power switch will turn on and provide current to the output. The current limits to 150mA by the current limiter. When the output voltage equals to the reference, the power switch will be turned off. Thus, it keep the output voltage in a stable level.
