The output voltage of the device can be adjusted by the gate voltage of the main power MOSFET of the TPS7A8012 DRB. This is accomplished by connecting the gate of the MOSFET to a voltage reference, such as a series voltage reference. The output voltage of the TPS7A8012 DRB can be adjusted from 1.2V up to 6V by changing the voltage reference of the main power MOSFET.

The TPS7A8012 DRB also has an adjustable current limit feature that can be set to limit the maximum output current. The current limit can be set ranging from 0.1A to 6A, allowing for a wide range of load current requirements.
