TS339CD is a linear comparator which has a wide range of application and is extensively used in many circuits and systems. The main purpose of this comparator is to compare two voltage or current inputs, and then output a signal according to the comparison. In other words, it converts the input signal into a logical output.The TS339CD is a single-supply, low-power, precision CMOS voltage-comparator that is specially designed for interfacing low-level signals to high-impedance circuits. It has an integrated output driver that can drive an open-collector transistor and can directly drive an LED. This feature makes it ideal for driving logic circuits, providing solutions to a number of interfacing problems.The working principle of the TS339CD is quite simple. The amplifier compares two signal inputs and generates an output signal. The two inputs are A and B, where A is connected to a reference voltage while B is connected to the signal under stressful conditions.
