It is a low capacitance diode with tight lead-to-lead capacitance in the range of 26 to 28 pF. It is designed to offer excellent overvoltage surge performance without sacrificing clamping voltage characteristics, and also has an operating junction temperature range from -40C to 125C.The primary application field for the TV06B160J-G is automotive, computers, and computer peripherals, communication and consumer electronic devices, industrial applications, and medical devices.
