TV06B401JB-HF is a unidirectional, bidirectional or multipath TVS diode that is designed to protect V1.0, V1.0 A, V2.0, V2.0 A, V2.2, V2.2 A, CTT, and mini coaxial channels from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge-induced overvoltage threats. This device is available in various ESD-rated packages ranging from SOT-23-5, SOT-23-6, SC70-6, SOT-89 to TSOP-6. The maximum peak power rating is up to 4.0 kW for unidirectional, bidirectional, and multipath protection.
The TV06B401JB-HF is designed and tested to EIA/TIA standards to meet the stringent requirements of IEC61000-4-2 (ESD): Air-15kV, Contact-8kV; IEC61000-4-4 (EFT): 40A (5/50); and IEC61000-4-5 (surge): 2kA (tP=8/20µs).
