The TZX27C-TAP is a single zener diode is designed for switching, current regulating, and voltage regulation and stabilization. It is mainly used to protect sensitive components or circuits from over current, overpower, or overvoltage. The TZX27C-TAP is designed with a tolerance of ±5%.

Working Principle
