Aluminum electrolytic capacitors were developed to provide larger capacitance than film capacitors at a given physical size. They are sometimes called Polarized capacitors because they require a correct voltage polarity for proper operation. UBX1V331MHL is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor which is widely used in communication, digital products, household appliances, cars, scientific instruments and other fields. It has a high capacitance and a wide operating temperature range.
1. Structure
UBX1V331MHL is a Non-solid (also called wet) aluminum electrolytic capacitor. This type of capacitor is composed of an anode foil which is formed into a spiral to give more capacitance for the same size. It also contains a separator and is impregnated with electrolyte. This capacitor is enclosed in a sealed aluminum case that contains a pin for a connection.2. Work Principle
The working principle of UBX1V331MHL aluminum electrolytic capacitor is based on Faraday\'s law of induction. When a voltage is applied across the two metal plates of the capacitor, ions move from one plate to another which in turn creates an electric field across the capacitor. This electric field produces an electric current which is then used to store the charge.3. Application Field
UBX1V331MHL aluminum electrolytic capacitor is widely used in different kinds of electronic products. It is part of a circuit, providing filtered power, or decoupling power, or delivering pulses of energy. Its wide operating temperature range makes it suitable for airport lighting, electric vehicle charging, dynamic braking of locomotives, and other outdoor applications.
