UC382T-3

UC382T-3 is a kind of NPN medium power multipurpose transistor with high voltage, high gain, low saturation voltage and low noise level. When the output current is too large, or the line voltage or temperature is too high, the internal protection circuitry will automatically shut down the output. After the overcurrent or overvoltage situation resolved, the voltage regulator will automatically recover to normal operation without manual reset.
