The UCC2889DTRG4 is a full brick integrated Gate drive, Phase Voltage Controller and Resonant Controller with on-chip Buffer (OPB) and output driver. It can be used in AC to DC converters, offline switcher applications and is packaged in a space saving 2.06x3.30mm, 14-lead Power QFN. This device provides a low cost and low footprint solution for high performance DC fan and motor drives that require a silent operation. The UCC2889DTRG4 is based on Silicon Labs\' patented Multi-Resonant TM technology. The UCC2889DTRG4 includes an integrated high voltage gate driver, allowing for direct drive of phase voltage control (PFC) and resonant LLC converters. This integrated gate drive includes a low energy on-chip buffer (OPB), allowing for direct drive of phase voltage control (PFC) and resonant LLC converters. In addition, the UCC2889DTRG4 features a high gate drive current of up to 500mA at 200V and an adjustable dead time control to minimize switching losses in high voltage applications.
