Working Principle

The UFS320JE3/TR13 is a bridge rectifier module, which transforms the AC current from a three phase power source (AC input) into a direct current output. The module contains six power MOSFET switches that are driven by the microcontroller. The microcontroller is able to control the MOSFET switches to switch at high frequency to minimize the switching losses, and also to protect secure soft start for the rectifier.The MOSFET switches turn On and off depending on the input voltage, thereby enabling it to maintain a regulated output DC voltage.
