UFT20120A

The UFT20120A is a rectifier diode array from the Uni-Directional Transil family (Transient Voltage Suppressors, TVS). It is designed to protect electronic circuits from ESD (electrostatic discharge) or EFT (electrical fast transients) events, electrical overstress, voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning strikes.
