UFW1E470MDD Application Field and Working Principle

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used as energy storage elements in electric circuits and are also one of the current active capacitor types. When UFW1E470MDD works, the dielectric thickness of aluminum oxide film is about 4~7 nanometers which can use for energy storage. In order to achieve its capacity effect, we need to charge and discharge the capacitor with an alternating current or direct current. As a double-layer device, UFW1E470MDD absorbs current or charge to the dielectric oxide film through the aluminum oxide film. And when the electric potential of the polarity is higher than the potential barrier of the oxides, electrons are injected into the aluminum oxide film by tunnel effect and the capacitance increases.
