When a positive voltage is applied to the positive terminal, the oxygen ions in the oxide layer are forced out of the oxide layer and into the electrolyte-filled plate. This process generates a positive charge in the electrolyte-filled plate and a negative charge in the oxide layer. This charge difference between the two plates creates a capacitance which can be used to store electrical energy.The aluminium electrolytic capacitor also has self-healing properties, meaning that if the oxide layer is damaged during use, it will self-heal and seal up any gaps in the layer. This is due to the formation of a new oxide layer on the aluminium foil when exposed to the air.The UHE1C392MHD3TN aluminium electrolytic capacitor is a versatile device with a wide range of applications. It is used in filtering, smoothing, and decoupling applications, as well as for energy storage.
