Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are ideal for applications requiring long life, and when large capacitances and low equivalent series resistance (ESR) are needed.

UKA0J471MPD aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used in different circuit designs, such as regulated power supplies, DC-DC converters, or for timing circuits. With their low ESR and self-healing properties, they have become a popular choice for a variety of applications.

UKA0J471MPD aluminum electrolytic capacitors use a polarized aluminum anode that is surrounded by a dielectric electrolyte and separated from the cathode by a reverse side seal. This reverse side seal is made of a low-voltage-resistant casting epoxy. The ground is connected directly to the anode.

These capacitors also use an oxidesilicon dioxide (SiO2) layer to reduce losses and provide excellent capacitance stability. This oxidesilicon dioxide layer acts like a dielectric that surrounds each electrode, allowing for high-performance operation up to 6,000V.

The UKA0J471MPD aluminum electrolytic capacitors also use a unique voltage stabilizing mechanism to reduce the incidence of capacitor aging. This mechanism is designed to reduce the temperature rise, allowing for an increased flat-plate area for a larger capacitor capacity.

The UKA0J471MPD aluminum electrolytic capacitors are rated for continuous operation at 500VAC, and are available in various capacitance values ranging from 1uF to 6,800uF. They have the following features:
