Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are electronic components that store and discharge electrical energy. They are composed of two electrodes, a separator, and an electrolyte, usually aluminum oxide with an operated electric field. The EDL stores energy through the polarization of the electrodes and this energy is stored as an electric field between the two capacitors. The field is sustained by the electrolyte.
