Aluminum Electrolytic CapacitorsAluminum electrolytic capacitors (AECs) are specialized capacitors that use an electrolytic solution, typically aqueous, as an insulator between two conductive plates. AECs offer high energy storage, low effective equivalent series resistance (ESR) and low self-discharge due to their insulating layer. This makes them a suitable and economical choice for many types of applications.One of the most common AEC models is the UPJ2W3R3MHD.
