UPT10RE3/TR13 TVS diodes are designed for transient overvoltage surge protection applications. They are packaged in a small surface-mount SOD-323 package and provide fast response time to transients. This robust diode protects against voltage spikes up to 10 volts, with a clamping voltage of 13 volts. The UPT10RE3/TR13 TVS Diodes use a unique Zener Zenero Method for voltage Suppression (Z-ARES®). This technology provides an extremely fast response time to transients, and decreases the total combined device failure rate to a very low level. This device has an internal impedance of < 1 ohms, and is designed to clamp voltage within a few nanoseconds. It also helps maintain signal integrity even during transient conditions.
The working principle of the UPT10RE3/TR13 TVS Diode is to protect the equipment against overvoltage situations.
