The URY2G100MHD is a type of aluminum electrolytic capacitor that boasts a high capacitance and low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance). It is designed for use in conditions from -55°C to +105°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Applications

Working Principle

An aluminum electrolytic capacitor consists of two electrodes separated by a dielectric layer of aluminum oxide. As a voltage is applied, the oxide layer becomes thinner and its resistance decreases, creating a situation whereby electrons or current flow freely from one electrode to the other.
