Aluminum electrolytic capacitors (abbreviated “AECs”) can be divided into two distinct categories: electrolytic aluminum capacitors with single-layer and double-layer anodes (called “Single Layer AECs” and “Double Layer AECs”, respectively). The aluminum electrolytic capacitors used in UUD1E100MCL1GS are single layer aluminum electrolytic capacitors.

The construction of UUD1E100MCL1GS consists of an anode made of aluminum oxide film and a silver-plated cathode, with the anode being the highly porous metal oxide layer.
