<div><h2>Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors</h2><p>Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized capacitors super capacitor which use an electrolyte-soaked paper as their dielectric medium. The capacitor is named for the aluminum foil used in the structure as a separator. Aluminum electrolytic capacitors have a number of attractive features, including a large capacitance range, a wide working voltage range, long-term reliability, low self-discharge current, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), and reasonable cost.</p><h3>UVC2G180MPD application field and working principle</h3><p> UVC2G180MPD capacitors are designed for use in a variety of applications, including power supplies, computer power systems, inverters, and switch mode power supplies. The capacitors are also commonly used in applications with an operating temperature ranging from -55C to +125C and offer a rated voltage of 180VDC. The working principle of UVC2G180MPD capacitors involves an oxidation and regeneration process which effectively increases the charge capacity of the aluminum electrodes. The capacitance of the capacitor is determined by the area of the electrochemical cells as well as the thickness of the electrolyte soaked paper.</p><p>The electrodes of UVC2G180MPD capacitors are typically made of an alumina substrate and coated with aluminum oxide. The aluminum oxide layer is then impregnated with the electrolyte material in order to form the electrochemical cells. In operation, the aluminum oxide layer acts as a capacitor dielectric and the electrolyte acts as an ionic conductor between the two electrodes. The electrolyte is also responsible for the formation of an electrical double layer formed near the edges of the aluminum oxide layer. This layer acts as an electronic gate and leads to the formation of a charge imbalance between the two electrodes and an increase of electrolyte ions in the region.</p><p>The increased electrolyte ions within the region leads to the regeneration of the electrodes and the restoration of the capacitance of the capacitor. This regeneration of the electrodes is the main feature of UVC2G180MPD capacitors and is considered to be one of the main advantages of these capacitors over other types of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The operation of UVC2G180MPD capacitors is similar to that of an electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) in which an ionic gate is formed within the electrolyte. In this case, the ionic gate is formed between the aluminum oxide layer and the electrolyte and the electrochemical cell is formed by the aluminum foil, electrolyte, and electrodes.</p><p>UVC2G180MPD capacitors have a number of advantages over other types of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. These capacitors are capable of providing high capacitance values in a wide range of temperatures and have a very low equivalent series resistance (ESR). UVC2G180MPD capacitors also offer good reliability and are relatively inexpensive when compared to other types of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Furthermore, UVC2G180MPD capacitors offer a range of applications in a variety of power supply and computer power systems due to their high capacitance range and long-term reliability.</p></div>
